About the Role :

Tots R Us Early Learning Center LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Aide to join our team in Baltimore, MD. As a Child Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities :

Assist in implementing daily activities and curriculum for children

Supervise and interact with children to ensure their safety and well-being

Help with meal times, diaper changes, and potty training

Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members

Keep the classroom and play areas clean and organized

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience working with young children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass background check and obtain necessary clearances
