About Us:
TotsVille Indoor Playground is a fun and interactive play space designed for children to explore, play, and celebrate special moments. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Manager to help oversee daily operations, maintain a high standard of customer service, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for families.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the playground, including:
✅ Opening & Closing the Facility – Ensuring proper setup before opening and secure closure at the end of the day.
✅ Customer Service & Guest Experience – Checking in families, reinforcing playground rules, and ensuring a fun and safe environment.
✅ Cleaning & Sanitization Oversight – Supervising cleaning protocols and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
✅ Inventory & Stock Management – Keeping track of supplies and restocking as needed.
✅ Facility Maintenance & Appearance – Ensuring the playground remains organized, tidy, and visually appealing.
✅ Event & Party Coordination – Assisting with birthday parties and special events to provide a seamless experience.
✅ Cash Handling & Register Operations – Processing transactions accurately and responsibly.
✅ Supervising Staff & Shift Leadership – Leading the team, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3 Years of Managerial Experience – Experience in retail, hospitality, or a child-focused environment preferred.
✔ Own Reliable Transportation – A personal vehicle is required for commuting and occasional errands.
✔ Open Availability – Weekends are a Must! – Must be available to work on weekends, with flexibility for weekdays and holidays as needed.
✔ Strong Leadership & Organizational Skills – Ability to multitask, lead a team, and ensure efficient daily operations.
✔ Excellent Customer Service – Friendly, professional, and great with families and children.
