Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of resources. Your leadership will be vital in driving performance and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage staff schedules, payroll, and employee orientation processes.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
• Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and reporting.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote gaming products and services effectively.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience with employment practices and processes.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
• Ability to lead a team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management practices and fuel sales reporting.
• Familiarity with food service and serv safe certification
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
