Job Description :
Toucan Gaming is seeking a detail and number-oriented, friendly, full-time Casino Vault Manager to join our team at our Casino in {!job-location}. This role is responsible for the efficient operations of balancing the casino vault and managing kiosks and ATMs. The ideal candidate is confident customer-facing, and is service-oriented as well as detail-oriented as they would ideally serve equally in a cashier role and within the vault. Additionally, the Vault Manager doesn't mind repetitive tasks, and is excited to be a part of a growing company.
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties as a Casino Vault Manager
- Daily balancing of income documents per shift; troubleshooting as needed
- Cash handling, sorting, and counting
- Preparation of deposits and money bags
- Cash replenishment for dispensing equipment
- Data entry into tracking software; preparation of daily reports for submission.
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties as a Cashier 'Casino Associate'
- Offer outstanding Customer Service to all guests
- Offer beverage service and maintain and clean service counter
- Money handling and cashier duties
- Cleaning and basic casino housekeeping
- Documentation of end of day procedures (paperwork)
Required Work Cards
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States.
- All Casino personnel which include, Operations Manager, Casino & Vault Managers and Casino Associates are required to possess a valid video draw poker employee permit.
- A valid state-issued driver’s license, identification card or U.S. Military identification card is required while working at the casino facility. Failure to maintain a valid Video Draw Poker permit or an identification card as mentioned above may result in suspension and up to termination of employment.

Expected hours: 34 – 38 per week
