As a Retail Sales Associate at Touch of Color Flooring, you will be an integral part of our team, helping customers find the perfect flooring solutions for their needs. This role is essential in driving sales and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, aligning with our mission to provide an awesome experience for both customers and employees.
Description
Experienced commercial floor covering business development manager.
Competitive base salary with generous commission structures for qualified candidates. Also, plenty of room for professional growth & personal development.
Must have expertise in both floor covering products as well as commercial flooring sales.
Must have pre-existing contacts and good relationships with general contractors .
Estimating process is done by team of estimators. No estimating experience needed.
Job site meetings are done by field managers so no on site representation needed.
Installation schedule is managed by production team, no production responsibilities.
What we are looking for is someone who can identify projects that fit our core competencies and run the bidding & sales process along with our supporting team.
