Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable flooring advisor/designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to design selection of flooring in new home construction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting the right flooring based on their needs, preferences, and budget
- Provide advice on various types of flooring to include hardwood, carpet, tile, engineered vinyl plank.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
- Communicate with homeowners to assess needs and provide recommendations.
- Keep accurate records of selections and pricing.
- Builder showroom maintenance and upkeep.
- Staying in tune with current design and flooring trends
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to work and or job sites.
- Basic excel knowledge preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
