Overview
Touch of Life Physical Therapy is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We are seeking a part-time employee for Friday and Saturday shifts at our physical therapy office. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring smooth office operations helping physical therapists.
Responsibilities
✔ Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out
✔ Schedule and confirm appointments using our EMR system
✔ Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage patient inquiries
✔ Verify insurance information and collect payments
✔ Maintain a clean and organized office
✔ Assist physical therapists to set up treatment tools and devices
Qualifications
✔ Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service role (preferred)
✔ Interest or experience in healthcare, physical therapy, or fitness
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with EMR systems (preferred)
✔ Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to assist patients
