Daytime Hours - No Weekend! Customer Service Positions Available! We offer flexible scheduling and immediate start dates!
Touch Tone Marketing (TTM) is a well-established call center located in Virginia Beach, Virginia 23454. We are seeking to add 2 professional customer service reps that enjoy talking on the phone and helping people. Our customer service team receives inbound calls for subscription and membership services. We are not on a bus line, so you MUST have your own reliable transportation.
Past Customer Service Experience preferred, but No Experience Necessary! We provide paid training.
Tasks:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Data Entry
Skills and Requirements:
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers and members at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation (unfortunately we are not on the bus line)
Work Schedule:
Flexible Part-Time Schedules
Monday - Friday
between 8:30am - 5pm
Operating Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:30AM to 9PM
Friday: 8:30AM to 5PM
