Touching Hearts at Home is looking for individuals to provide care to older adults choosing to live in their homes. Our care team assists with anything from being a friendly face to help start (or end) someone's day, meal preparation, laundry and housekeeping, to full household management. Some clients also have the need for assistance with safe transferring in or out of the shower, dressing, and other safety / hygiene assistance. Our clients' needs can be big or small, but the feeling from the work we do is always REWARDING. The needed hours vary and can be tailored to your needs, with the flexibility to work as few or as many shifts as desired. We have both part time and full time hours immediately available.

We have flexible schedules, paid time off, a retirement savings plan, daily access to pay, ongoing training, yearly bonuses, and a support team that values you and treats you with respect. One hour shifts are paid $20; other shifts have a pay of $18 / hr, with an extra $3 / hr on weekends. Paid caregiving experience is not required. Work as little as a few hours a week to as much as every day.

Pursuant to Ohio Rule 3701-60-06 for home health agencies, you will be required to provide a set of fingerprint impressions for a criminal records check to be conducted if under final consideration for employment. A criminal records check will be conducted as a condition of continued employment.
