Job Summary:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Daily Assistance: Help clients with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep – making sure they feel comfortable and cared for.
• Emotional Support: Provide companionship and create a positive, uplifting environment for clients, helping them feel valued and heard.
• Mobility Support: Assist with mobility tasks, including safely lifting and transferring clients.
• Clean & Safe Spaces: Keep clients' living environments tidy, safe, and comfortable.
• Document Care: Record the care provided and report any changes in a client’s condition.
• Engage & Encourage: Lead clients in fun social and recreational activities to boost mental and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate: Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure your clients receive comprehensive and excellent care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in caregiving or working in senior care environments is a plus, but not required – we’ll train you!
• Passion: You genuinely care about helping others and making a positive impact on their lives.
• Communication: You’ve got great people skills and can easily communicate with clients and their families.
• Flexibility & Strength: You’re able to assist with mobility tasks and lift clients as needed, always keeping safety top of mind.
• Knowledge & Training: A basic understanding of patient care principles is helpful. Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus (training can be provided).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
