About the Position
The Home Care Manager ensures the delivery of outstanding quality care to clients by recruiting, retaining, training, and supporting Caregiver staff. This position is responsible for implementing and monitoring client care plans, conducting client assessments, and ensuring compliance with Caregiver-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing, Training, and Supporting the Caregiver Team – 50%
- Client Care Management – 30%
- Compliance Management – 10%
- Administrative Duties – 10%
