Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
- Help with mobility assistance, including transferring clients to and from wheelchairs or beds.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Support clients with transportation needs, including accompanying them to appointments or social events.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans effectively.
- Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility needs and perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks as required by law.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
