Educational Requirements: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. Washington Food Handler's Permit.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following: 1. Maintain hand and working surface sanitation at all times, according to specifications given; 2. Maintain neat and orderly appearance with clean uniform at beginning of each job shift; 3. Set up dish machine for use; 4. Refill coffee dispensers and condiments as necessary; 5. Deliver carts to designated areas at noon meal; 6. Pick up hot bottoms and lids, wash and put away; 7. Wash dishes left from night shift and proceed with dishes from other meals; 8. Empty garbage after dishes are all finished from each meal, sanitize barrel and reline; 9. At end of shift, run floor mats through the dish machine; 10. Empty and cleanse dish machine, clean filters; 11. Sweep and mop dish machine area; 12. Sanitize all counters, racks and sinks; 13. Maintain a safe environment, to include keeping floor dry and free of debris which can cause falls; 14. Keep supervisor apprised of all changes in equipment performance and the need for supplies; 15. Monitor dish machine temperatures and report if unsatisfactory; 16. Attend mandatory meetings; 17. Perform all other duties, as requested by supervisor(s), with a positive attitude
