We are seeking the right person to join our team as a Lead Front Desk Receptionist.
Schedule: Flexible days/hours. Weekends required. Available Day, Swing & Occasional Night ShiftStarting wage $21.00 per hour DOE
As a Lead Concierge / Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the lead receptionist responsible for creating the schedule for the front desk team members, manage shift coverage when someone calls off their shift, answer and monitor phone lines and direct callers, do some light janitorial upkeep like vacuuming common areas, assist with some administrative work, monitor medical alert systems and follow protocol to respond. Duties also include acting as a First Responder in case of emergencies and if needed, escorting emergency personnel to the location of emergency. Responsible for covering the expanse of the interior of our campus. Shifts may include prolonged walking and standing and the need to cover the expanse of the campus quickly.
The ideal candidate:
Has an outgoing, warm, friendly personality.
Experience supervising a team
Is at least 18 years of age (required).
Has a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
Desires to work in an environment with seniors.
Has the ability and desire to act as a First Responder.
Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
Cover NOC shifts if needed.
Computer experience needed, including Outlook and Excel.
