Touchmark Home Health and Home Care is part of Touchmark at Harwood Groves, Fargo's premier retirement community. Our goal is to enrich the lives of our residents by providing them with exceptional service in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Home Health Care Support/Caregiver.

As a Home Health Care Support Team Member, you will enrich lives every day by providing one-on-one assistance to our independent residents with daily care activities – activities that range from helping with errands to providing assistance with personal grooming, toileting, meals, or mobility. Every day will present you with the chance to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents, clients, and their family members!

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have experience working in a geriatric community, though not required
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
