We are currently seeking the right person to join our care team as a Personal Care Assistant within our Home Care department. No driving around town needed! Walk to and from each resident across the beautiful community.
Scheduling needs: We need to fill a full-time benefit eligible position with full flexible availability, including weekends. Schedules we need to fill are Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, Day shifts 7AM - 3PM and Swing shifts 2PM-10PM are available. Weekend differentials are offered.
Salary: $20.00/hr (DOE) starting salary, benefit eligible and PTO accrual for all FT team members!
In this role: you will assist residents on our campus with activities of daily living as needed - you will provide companionship, help with light cleaning, take walks, read and do puzzles, accompany them to activities and assist with grooming, dressing, mobility and toileting. Most importantly, this role provides you with the opportunity to build lasting relationships with the people who call our community “home.” We may be biased, but we think they're pretty amazing!

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification

Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
