Touchmark on West Century is Bismarck-Mandan’s leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our care team as a Resident Escort.
As a Resident Escort, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
In this role, you will assist residents with when traveling to and from appointments as needed. This role provides you with the opportunity to build lasting relationships with the people who call our community “home.”
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification

Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
