POSITION REQUIREMENTS: •    Completion of a Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nurse degree from an accredited school of nursing;•    Current RN/LPN license in good standing with the State of Washington;•    Knowledge and understanding of support needed by people with advancing health care needs, and their families•    Must have CPR Certification upon hire or obtained shortly after orientation; CPR certification must remain current during employment•    Commitment to confidentiality with respect to resident status and medical records•    Must have a comprehensive understanding of state residential care licensure and regulations  Essential Functions:    •    Ability to read and write English in order to follow and give oral and written instructions; •    Must be able to complete required paperwork and filing with high degree of accuracy; •    Ability to observe resident’s behavior and communicate observations in a professional and intelligent manner;   •    Must be able to explain clearly to potential residents, families and employees the policies and procedures of the facility;  •    After receiving the appropriate training, must be able to operate standard business equipment such as computers, copiers, fax machines and telephones.IND400
