The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
- Have proven cooking experience, including experience as a Sous Chef
- Have experience working in a high volume kitchen
- Experience in culinary and administrative responsibilities of a kitchen
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Assist in training new and existing kitchen staff of the preparation, arrangement and plating of dishes per the current menu
- Be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
- Be willing to work weekends and holidays
- Be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
