This role is responsible for maintaining and the upkeep of all and facilities and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs of all infrastructure to ensure a clean, organized, and safe physical environment.
- Perform upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure infrastructure operates efficiently and meets organizational cleanliness standards.
- Ensure adequate infrastructure setup for all equipment is in place and adheres to organization standards.
- Schedule and carry out preventive maintenance tasks to ensure all infrastructure systems are safe, clean, and operate smoothly.
- Identify and resolve or disposition facility issues quickly to minimize disruptions and maintain a clean, well-organized work environment.
- Diagnose problems within the building’s infrastructure, taking appropriate action to restore services while maintaining a safe and orderly facility.
- Work with external suppliers and service providers to access additional resources when needed, ensuring seamless maintenance, cleanliness and repair activities are completed in alignment with organizational standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs, ensuring clear communication of facility concerns to BLT.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work enviornment by following safety procedures such as Lock Out/Tag Out and industry standards like OSHA and GMPs.
- Adhere to ISO 9001:2015, 5S, and other applicable standards, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the facility.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical degree or certification in maintenance or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in facilities and equipment maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and machinery.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
