Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the assigned staff by guiding, training and directing work activities; responsible for staffing decisions, staff scheduling and performance management and professional development of team members.
  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans aligned with overall company objectives to ensure a continuous supply of electronic components, FABs, and Stencils.
  • Monitor and analyze demand patterns to anticipate any potential supply chain risks or disruptions and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain an up-to-date vendor database to ensure the best quality materials at competitive prices.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels by conducting regular analysis, forecasting demand, and aligning procurement activities to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production and incoming inspection to ensure effective communication and coordination of supply chain activities.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards related to supply chain operations, such as import/export regulations and sustainability initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for process automation and streamlining to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in supply chain management, and provide recommendations on implementing new methodologies or tools to enhance overall supply chain performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain management with progressive responsibilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading/directing teams of people
  • Experience with inventory management software and systems
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
