Reports to: Director of Environmental Services

They will assist with leading, training, and developing a team of about 20 associates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the tasks of the subordinate Supervisory and Management team
- Carries out daily schedules and fulfills all customer needs
- Assists with inspections and evaluates physical condition of facility
- Attends regular staff meetings and communicates with members of other departments to coordinate operation activities
- Carries out major projects, assuring that staff perform their duties and have the essential supplies
- Maintains excellent relations with residents, Client and all community departments
- Additional duties as assigned
- 3 years of management experience
- Environmental services or housekeeping experience preferably in a hospital or healthcare related environment
- Excellent customer services skills and experiences
- Strong work ethic, drive, and initiative for quality and customer service
- Ability to work well in stressful situations and a fast paced environment
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Contract-managed service experience is desirable
- T-CHEST and/or T-CNACC certifications are a plus
