Job Summary
Touchpoint Senior Living is hiring a Director of Clinical Support to direct registered dietitians in our senior living communities across the United States. This exciting role will ensure regulatory compliance, menu management and client relations. This position combines regional field support and overarching leadership of the nutrition and wellness department. Directs the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical nutrition care, wellness programs / services and regulatory preparedness that are responsive to current trends and demands in the marketplace and positions Touchpoint as a leader in existing and new business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic initiatives and companywide communication of Touchpoint Nutrition and Wellness department - further define Touchpoint wellness to meet our clients future needs
- Ensure nutrition leadership team budget
- Develop and oversight of budget under leadership of VP of Nutrition
- Completes required site visits across the country on a regular schedule and as needed basis.
