Assistant Manager – Touchstar Cinemas

Touchstar Cinemas, a premier dine-in theater, delivers an unparalleled movie-going experience with state-of-the-art film presentation, in-seat dining, premium wines, and handcrafted cocktails. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to help oversee operations and ensure exceptional service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier hospitality by maintaining a welcoming environment and addressing guest concerns promptly.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring proper staffing levels and adherence to company standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to uphold company policies and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Assist with financial responsibilities, including cash handling, banking, and financial compliance.
• Maintain concession and theater inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Previous management experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail is preferred.
• Ability to work 45-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of working 10-12 hour shifts, standing for extended periods, navigating stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (vehicle must remain on-site during shifts).
• ServSafe certification (or ability to pass the Manager ServSafe test).
• Must pass a Background Check.
