What We're Looking For :
Experience : Commercial electrical & plumbing expertise, equipment troubleshooting, and repair.
Certifications : OSHA 30-Hour required; Legionella Water Safety & Management certification preferred.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with Building Management Systems is a plus.
Key Strengths : Strong problem-solving, assessment, and observational skills .
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH
Your Key Responsibilities :
Support and guide Community Directors of Maintenance (DOMs) .
Ensure Life Safety compliance , keeping residents, patients, and team members safe.
Oversee facility conditions to meet all regulatory standards.
Train and mentor maintenance teams for optimal performance.
Optimize use of TELS for reporting, work orders, and compliance tracking.
Partner with contractors to ensure quality projects and repairs.
Conduct annual audits on safety, building conditions, and staff development.
Serve as a Life Safety expert for our regional teams.
