Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and skilled CNAs to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CNA on our Shared Resource Team, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple communities across San Antonio, providing high-quality patient care and enhancing the quality of life for residents.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class care to patients and residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Serve at multiple Touchstone communities in the greater San Antonio area.
- Commit to working a minimum of 3 shifts per 6-week scheduling period, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:
- Current Texas CNA certification
