* Provide resident-specific care to provide services that maintain and/or improve skin integrity
* Collaborate with physician and licensed nurses to develop and modify the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and the requirements of state and federal regulations and the guidelines and goals of this community
* Foster a meaningful healthcare experience for residents by promoting compassionate care and adhering to medical best practices
Requirements:
* Current and valid Texas RN nursing license or a Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid RN/LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and residents
