The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Shared Resource Team at Touchstone Communities, Inc. provides flexible scheduling and best-in-class care for patients in our two skilled nursing communities. This role offers a sense of belonging and emphasizes the importance of individual stories and well-being.
