Nursing Leadership Role
We are seeking a dynamic RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team and help lead our mission to Make Lives Better. The ideal candidate must possess a valid RN license and have at least 2 years of long-term care experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Mentor and coach nursing staff to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Current and valid Texas RN license (or a current and valid RN license from a Compact Party State)
- At least 2 years of long-term care experience
