Maintenance Director / Supervisor
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as maintenance assistant or supervisor in a skilled nursing setting.
- Working knowledge with computer programs such as email, using the internet, Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Knowledge and experience on sheetrock repair i.e. tape and float.
- Minimum of two years' experience as maintenance assistant or supervisor in a skilled nursing setting is required.
- Working knowledge with computer programs such as email, using the internet, Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
- Consistently ensure that the community maintains compliance to Life Safety requirements providing a safe environment for our residents, family members and team members.
- Responsible for the interior and exterior physical environment to meet administrators, Life Safety and Touchstone's expectations.
- Work to identify and resolve issues quickly to assist in cost reduction and savings.
Ensure all paperwork (Life Safety Book) and TELS maintenance program is up to date and ready for survey at any time.
