To be successful in this role, you will need a current and valid TX CNA certification, a minimum of one year of experience in skilled nursing facilities, and good communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English. You will also commit to working a minimum of 3 shifts in a 6-week scheduling period, including at least one weekend shift and two holidays.
