Responsibilities

Requirements

• A valid Texas LVN nursing license or Compact Party State licensure
• Proven experience as an LVN Charge Nurse or similar role in a long-term care setting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on resident-centered care
