What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN MDS Coordinator position at Touchstone Communities?
A skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse is needed to coordinate the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process in our facility. To be successful in this role, you should have a current and valid Texas RN nursing license or a valid RN license from a Compact Party State.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with Reimbursement systems of Medicare, Medicaid & Case Management
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations, both clinical and financial as it relates to the RAI process and reimbursement systems
