Transitional Care Liaison / Sales and Marketing Liaison - Houston, TX region - SW Houston

West Oaks Nursing and Rehab Center

Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare industry as a clinical / sales / business development professional
Minimum 2 years of sales-related experience necessary
Experience in SNF / LTC sales and marketing in the greater North Houston area.

Team Touchstone Liaisons drive sales for the Touchstone Communities' portfolio of skilled nursing communities in Texas through value-based selling . By possessing a comprehensive understanding of the post-acute market and selling clinical outcomes, the sales professional will meet the needs of customers to gain results and build successful relationships for the company.

Team Touchstone Liaisons report to a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing and work closely with the entire team to ensure successful development and execution of a Sales Plan. The plan includes monthly and quarterly goals and allows for monthly sales plan bonus opportunities .

Team Touchstone Liaisons must possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills , be self-motivated, work independently and with a team. Being connected to the healthcare community with relationships at all levels is an asset we value.
