Touchstone Living is the largest Nevada-based home builder and continues to grow. We develop neighborhoods for the first-time buyer and demand is strong. As Las Vegas’ only home builder solely focused on the under-served first-time buyer market, we have a tremendous business opportunity while also being a positive influence in our local community. Last year we sold 440 homes to first-time buyers and have over 3,000 future homes planned in our existing neighborhoods.
Our team is growing right along with our Company and is now looking to add a Marketing Director. This position manages and enhances the “nuts and bolts” of our marketing campaign: social media strategy, paid search and SEO, website development and improvement, legacy advertising including signage, model complex design and public relations. It is a wide-ranging role that interacts with every department and is critical to our current and future success. The successful candidate will be a key member of our executive team for years to come, and this person will share in our industry-leading compensation and benefit programs.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
This department is tasked with getting our message out in order to drive prospects to our neighborhoods, and building our brand/value proposition through our neighborhood model complexes. The value proposition is simple and widely appealing: we have the lowest prices, the most included features, and the easiest and most trustworthy buying process. Our messaging and model complexes must drive those points home. Marketing and/or Sales experience in a high-value/low-price leader environment in any industry is a big plus. Candidates who admire Costco’s, Southwest Airlines’ or LGI Homes’ value proposition will find Touchstone Living very appealing. This position reports directly to the President and owner of the Company. Some of the specific responsibilities are as follows:
Advertising Campaigns
Prepare marketing plans for each neighborhood including:
· Social Media and Website. This is quickly becoming our primary source of buyers; extensive knowledge and experience is required.
· Directional Signage
· Traditional Advertising and Direct Mail
· Grand Opening Events
Customer Experience
Prepare and implement a plan for the customers’ experience and takeaways from a model complex visit in one of our neighborhoods
· Models: Select and manage sales office, model park and interior design consultants. Working with our home construction and land development departments, schedule and implement the consultants’ approved plans.
· Design and produce brochures, handouts and other sales office collateral materials.
Administration
· Selection, supervision and development of our in-house marketing team
· Preparation and management of budgets.
· Negotiate vendor contracts.
Other General Requirements
· Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Participation in industry organizations is encouraged.
