Program Supervisor – Community Mental Health Services (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $60,000 to $65,000 annually
Location: Minneapolis (Seward)
Schedule: Weekdays (Five 8-hour days or Four 10-hour days)
The Program Supervisor – Community Mental Health Services is responsible for overseeing Long-Term Homeless (LTH) Support Services, including Integrated Community Supports (ICS), Housing Support (HS), Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) and Housing Support Supplemental Services (HSSS), along with Behavioral Health Home (BHH) Services.
Program Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of staff providing LTH Support Services and a team of staff providing Behavioral Health Home Services.
- Ensure compliance requirements and timelines for documentation are met.
- Provide ongoing support and direction to staff, and complete staff evaluations.
- Support the recruitment and selection process for new staff members.
- Lead the onboarding process for new staff members.
- Ensure caseloads are distributed appropriately and plan temporary coverage as needed.
- Respond to client concerns via email and/or phone, and meet with clients as needed.
- Champion agency initiatives and program changes.
- Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and directors supporting Community Mental Health Services.
- Participate in agency-wide leadership meetings, workgroups, and/or committees.
- Participate in community meetings regarding LTH Support Services and/or BHH Services.
Program Supervisor Requirements:
- Experience with LTH Support Services required.
- Experience with BHH Services strongly preferred.
- Experience supervising a community-based team strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting adults who have experienced housing insecurity and/or homelessness strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting adults with mental illness, substance use disorders, and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
