IT Technical Support I Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for workstations, phones, and other common agency technology.
- Add, delete, and modify user accounts in the Active Directory.
- Maintain core understanding of all current systems and the business functions they support.
- Install, configure and upgrade desktop hardware and peripherals.
- Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot both hard ware and software.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and safeguarding agency property.
- Assist in monitoring the task ticketing system.
- Responsible for conducting IT orientation sessions to onboard new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company systems, tools, and security protocols.
Requirements
- Experience using Excel, SQL or other data manipulation tools required.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, network administration or related field preferred.
- Three years technology support experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain a clean driving record, a current driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage
