Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities that align with our preschool curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs and abilities of our students, ensuring that all students have an equal opportunity to learn and grow.
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes social skills, emotional intelligence, and self-confidence.
- Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that adheres to all relevant child welfare and health and safety standards.
- Foster a sense of community and encourage teamwork, cooperation, and respect among students and staff.
- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to address any challenges.
- Manage student behavior and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere, addressing any behavioral issues that may arise.
- Provide feedback and support to parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any challenges they may be facing.
Experience:
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Experience in lesson planning
- Experience working with students who have diverse needs and abilities.
- Excellent behavior management skills and the ability to maintain a positive classroom environment.
