Assistant Property Manager & Leasing Coordinator
Monday - Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm

We are a fast growing, local, single-family, plex, and multi-family property management company. We are looking for a high caliber team member to be our leasing coordinator / administrative assistant. This position includes answering phones, coordinating all aspects of the leasing process, showings, applications, general filing, lease renewals, and other misc. administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be personable, detail oriented and possess the ability to think through leasing problems in order to create solutions. Our main hiring criteria are attitude and aptitude.
You Will Need

- General understanding of single-family, plexes, and multi-family properties.
- Excellent communication skills including phone, email, text.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to follow processes in their entirety.
- Ability to independently manage time and responsibilities.
- Self starter that takes the initiate to move to the next task instead of defaulting to their cellphone.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to confidently engage in difficult/challenging conversations, think on your feet, and create immediate solutions.
Responsibilities
· Answering and managing leasing calls, emails, and texts.
· Creating marketing verbiage and verifying listing details.
· Editing/watermarking marketing photos.
· Posting and maintaining marketing listings.
· Scheduling property tours.
· Manage and maintain both leasing calendars and spreadsheets.
· Screening applicants.
· Managing utilities.
· Drafting and communicating move-in instructions.
· Drafting notices for entry, violations, and delinquencies.
· Performing market rent surveys.
· Drafting renewal notices.
· Following up with residents on delinquencies and renewals.
· Solicit prospects & residents for Google reviews on positive interactions.
· Other misc. administrative tasks and projects.
*Previous property management maintenance experience is a bonus, but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
