We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process while maintaining compliance with property management standards.
Duties
- Assist prospective tenants with inquiries regarding available properties and leasing options.
- Conduct property tours and showcase amenities to potential residents.
- Manage lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Collaborate with the property management team to maintain high occupancy rates.
- Utilize ResMan software for tracking applications, leases, and tenant communications.
- Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while adhering to legal guidelines.
- Handle administrative tasks related to leasing operations, including filing and record keeping.
- Support facilities management by coordinating maintenance requests through CMMS systems.
- Foster positive relationships with residents to encourage renewals and referrals.
Experience
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with ResMan or similar property management software is advantageous.
- Strong collaboration skills, particularly in sales and customer service environments.
- Knowledge of legal aspects related to leasing agreements and tenant rights is beneficial.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professional relationships.
- Bilingual is a requirement. (English & Spanish)
