What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Technician and Groundskeeper position at Touchstone Property Management?
Position Summary
Currently look for skilled and unskilled maintenance labor to renovate and maintain manufactured homes, and lawn maintenance. Scope of work includes carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing and outside grounds work. This position involves being on-call rotation at times and the ability to meet deadlines for work orders.
Essential Functions
- Lead or assist renovation of homes
- Assist Maintenance Team for success
- Respond to resident service requests when applicable
- Maintain the storage compound in a safe and organized manner
- Maintain tools, the maintenance facility, and equipment
- Assist in home delivery and set-up
- Assist in Maintaining all utility facilities within the communities
- Follow safety precautions
- Complete all work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality
- Maintain professional behavior which does not interfere with the individual’s work, the work of another Team Member, or the quality of life for Community Residents
- Maintain community assets including grounds, buildings, equipment, etc. Respond to emergency calls as directed by Supervisor
- Clean vacant lots
- Must have basic carpentry tools
- Must have basic knowledge and skill for lawn maintenance equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
