What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Touchstone Property Management?
We are looking for an experienced Community Manager for a 200 Apartment Community in Carrollton, TX. The candidate must have at lease 3 years of experience. Friendly and excited about serving our Residents. Conduct regular property inspections and visitations with tenants. Provide prompt, professional response and follow through regarding tenant inquiries, problems, and complaints. Coordinate move-in for new tenants and move-out inspections for tenants vacating their unit Update and maintain property condition reports with respect to roofs, HVAC units, parking lot, etc. Obtain bids and manage capital improvement projects. Supervise contractors and maintenance staff for services and repairs to property. Collecting rent, filing evictions, leasing, customer service, occupancy goal of 97% or higher , DQ goal 3% or lower. Must know ResMan. Bilingual required English & Spanish. Complete other special projects and duties as assigned.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
