-To construct ABP manufactured products when needed
-Shipping and receiving via FedEx and UPS
-Performing consistent inventory counts
-Coordinate for materials to be replenished
-Prepare shrink wrapped pallets for LTL shipping through various carriers
-Maintain and consolidate the warehouse in a neat, organized manner
-Report and communicate with operations manager daily
-Managing a team of employees within distribution
-Ensure that orders are processed and shipped on time
-Product warranty issues and complaints
-Handling product development and further improvements
-Responsible for vendor relations within distribution -Special projects as needed
-Forklift Certified
-Experience driving a box truck (preferred)
-Familiarity with ecommerce or retail shipments / Amazon fulfillment (preferred) -Fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting.
-May require working evenings, weekends, or overtime during peak seasons.
-Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
-Ability to lift up to 65 pounds

Job Overview
The Manufacturing and Distribution Manager is responsible for managing inventory, order picking, packaging, and ensuring the timely and accurate shipment of products to customers. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and has an interest in showing their manufacturing craftsmanship. You will support the end-to-end fulfillment process from receiving shipments, delivering orders, and manufacturing products.Responsibilities

Experience and General Requirements
-7 years of warehouse fulfillment, distribution and manufacturing experience -Ability to communicate via telephone and email.-Forklift Certified
-Experience driving a box truck (preferred)
-Familiarity with ecommerce or retail shipments / Amazon fulfillment (preferred) -Fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting.
-May require working evenings, weekends, or overtime during peak seasons.
