Title: CRM Intern- Summer 2025
Reports to: CRM East / West Coast Managers

*Primarly reports to the Long Island City Queens Corporate Office Location
OVERVIEW
The CRM Intern will assist the CRM team in daily administrative tasks and activities while demonstrating excellent administration, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in maintaining customer databases within our CRM system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Help execute personalized campaigns and other communications that align with the brand’s luxury image and customer expectations.
- Support the customization of customer communications to ensure that messaging resonates with different customer segments (e.g., VIPs, first-time buyers, etc.).
- Support the team in tracking industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights that may influence CRM strategies.
- Work closely with the retail marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure CRM initiatives reflect the brand’s values and resonate with high-net-worth individuals.
- Assist with various administrative and operational tasks related to CRM activities as required I.e, ticket submissions.
- Assist in identifying and documenting bugs and issues within CRM tools and systems, ensuring they are tracked and escalated to the technical team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level, Previous internship or experience in retail marketing, CRM, system or technology project management, or luxury goods is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of luxury retail customer expectations and behavior.
- Interest in CRM Strategy, Customer Experience Design, or Data Driven Insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously.
- Analytical problem solver.
- Detail oriented with outstanding administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Must have a working knowledge of MS Office; strong proficiency in presentation and slide-building (PowerPoint).
- Passion for solution-based problem solving.
SALARY RANGE- $16.50 per hour.
Part-time Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office required.
Anticipated to start mid June for an 8- 10 week program.
