OVERVIEW
The Rolex Manager will act as an ambassador of Tourneau / Bucherer and be a key point person in
driving and growing the Rolex business within the location. This individual is responsible for
providing clients with an elevated shopping experience, exploring both their immediate and future
needs. The Rolex Manager exhibits the highest regard for delivering first-in-class service by
promoting the company and Rolex to the client, and personally committing to further educate
themselves to enhance their skills. Candidates must have a passion for watches, including the
history of the industry. Be a global thinker and leader who is strategic and able to lead and
develop the watch business.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively partner with Store Director and HQ merchandising communicating feedback, trends,
opportunities and objections, proposing solutions to grow and maximize the watch business.
