Job Title: Rolex Training Manager
Reports to: Director of Learning and Development

OVERVIEW
Reporting directly to the Director of Learning & Development, the Rolex Training Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our staff on the features, craftsmanship, and heritage of Rolex. This role is pivotal in enhancing the skill sets of our sales associates and ensuring that they embody the values and standards of our company. The role will be responsible for executing the strategic training and brand initiatives that drive a first in class, client centric and experiential environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure implementation and execution of National Training Calendar and plan local/regional learning opportunities based on current needs
- Partner with leaders on sales development training programs to support onboarding and productivity of new hires
- Conduct field market visits to support sales and ensure learned knowledge is being applied ; coaching and offering real time feedback to maximize performance
- Manage sales education related responsibilities including facilitation; product and category management knowledge and elected execution guidelines; facilitate live and digital training sessions; learning retention assessment
- Support the train the trainer program ensuring training is consistent across all doors; foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the teams
- Leverage analytics to continuously measure and communicate the effectiveness of the training initiatives and make data driven decisions to adjust strategies and plans to improve performance
- Responsible to partner with the Rolex Corporate Training Team along with the Bucherer Rolex Liaison Director to ensure the expectations of the Rolex trainings and Rolex Advisor App are met.
- Support Mystery Shop program, evaluating results offering training support where needed
- Facilitate engaging workshops over Zoom, in-person, and in a hybrid format
- Develop and deploy tools and methods for measuring and monitoring the impact of training; utilize findings to inform future programming
- Assist in special events or promotional activities
- Relentless focus on improvement; consistently anticipates the competitive landscape

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in training or education, preferably in a luxury retail or watchmaking
- Strong knowledge of luxury brands and a passion for horology
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with corporate and retail employees
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of individuals
- Industry experience in luxury goods and/or hospitality is a plus
- Prior watch knowledge a plus
- Able to successfully develop training regimens for retail and corporate populations
- Excellent team player & collaborator
- Ability to train and develop managers to motivate employees to strive for excellence as well as coach and effectively work with those who are underperforming
- Must be able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience level and size
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills to include preparation of elaborate power point decks
- A clear working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Teams
- Must have the ability to travel across the US markets
- BS/BA preferred
Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000
