Sales:
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Direct and inspire employees to attain daily, weekly and monthly store sales goals
- Provide a fun, energetic experience for customers and associates.
- Staff:
- Recruit, train and develop a successful sales team.
- Evaluate training needs of staff.
- Recognize and develop talent.
- Plan weekly schedules within store budgeted hours.
- Ensure employee time is effectively and efficiently used.
Operation:Management:Requirements:
- Manage all aspects of store operations.
- Maintain safe work environment.
- Follow company Loss Prevention practices and protect company assets.
- Maintain organized store.
- Maintain an enjoyable and well displayed store.
- Lead and direct your Team.
- Provide feedback and coaching to your team
- Supervise daily operations of store.
- Resolve customer and employee issues effectively.
- Understand the mission of our company and lead your team to success.
- Prior management experience in retail environment preferred.
- 2 years of retail experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Self motivating.
- Willing to learn.
- Ability to climb, reach, bend and lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Be at least 18 years of age. Job Type: Full-time
