Touro Property Management is expanding and is searching for a dynamic leader to operate our newest acquisition in Irving, TX. Essential Functions :
The Community Manager is responsible for the following :
Meeting budgeted guidelines by ensuring all rents are collected and posted in a timely manner.
Overseeing and ensuring vendor contracted services are performed to standard.
Ensuring Net Operating Income objectives are met.
Researching and remaining aware of marketing and leasing trends to keep the occupancy goals for the community at or above goal.
Hiring and training staff.
Maintaining a positive, encouraging, and professional atmosphere in the workplace.
Motivating the on-site team to meet all operational goals.
Recommending staff termination as needed.
Physically inspecting the property daily to ensure make-readies and maintenance tasks are being completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Promptly addressing any life safety or liability issues that could cause a danger to staff, residents, or guests.
Reporting all incidents to the corporate office immediately.
Ensuring lease files are properly executed and all records filed and stored properly.
Recommending policy and procedure changes to Executive Team as needed to maintain positive client communications and culture.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required.
Minimum 2 years' experience in property management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Organized.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams and secure leases.
Valid License or reliable transportation required.
