Overview
The employee will coordinate and support all student related assessments and programs during the clinical years (years three and four) not directly related to their clinical rotations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate NBOME COMAT exams and post scores
- Coordinate NBOME Level 2 Board examination preparation including: scheduling of COMBANK assessments, scheduling of COMSAE assessments, providing exam approvals, coordinating remediation efforts
- Assist in coordination and follow up of off-cycle students not currently on rotations
- Liaison with TouroCOM Learning Specialist to support students as needed
- Assign and track all required Aquifer course assignments for all clinical students
- Report all COMAT and Aquifer requirements for grade submission
- Distribute and track student Interprofessional Education requirements
- All other clerical tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized and effective time management
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to operate standard office technology (fax, scanner, multi-line phone)
