About the Role
As a Barista & Cashier, you’ll be the face of TOUS les JOURS, preparing hand-crafted beverages and assisting guests with pastry and cake selections. You'll play a key role in shaping the guest experience while supporting a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. Whether it's making the perfect latte or recommending a seasonal pastry, you'll bring energy, care, and excellence to every shift.
What You'll Do
- Craft espresso-based drinks, teas, and seasonal beverages with attention to consistency and quality
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, assisting them with menu choices and pastry recommendations
- Operate POS system efficiently to take orders, handle payments, and manage tips
- Keep the service area, display cases, and beverage station clean and well-stocked
- Collaborate with kitchen and bakery teams to ensure timely product availability
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment that prioritizes great service and genuine connections

Schedule Options
- 4-hour or 8-hour shifts available
- Morning, midday, and late afternoon/early evening.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
Preferred Experience
- Barista: 6 months – 1 year (Preferred but not required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Preferred Certifications
- Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
